1. Introduction

Prime Homes Hub ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), based in the Arab Republic of Egypt and available at primehomeshub.com, respects the privacy of its visitors and users and is committed to protecting their personal data in accordance with this policy, Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data, and the policies of Google and Meta on advertising and personal data.

Prime Homes Hub is solely a media and marketing platform. It is not a real estate development company, is not affiliated with any developer, and does not own or manage any real estate project itself. The Platform is owned and operated by an independent real estate marketer, Mr. Mohannad Mamdouh Fawzy Abdellatif El Sonbaty, who promotes and advertises real estate projects in coordination with the relevant developer companies. This does not constitute official authorization or an exclusive agreement from those companies unless explicitly stated.

This policy applies to every channel through which you interact with the Platform, including browsing the website, submitting registration or inquiry forms, contacting us via WhatsApp, and phone calls with our sales team or real estate consultants.

By using this website, submitting any contact form on it, or contacting us through any of the channels above, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the website or submit your data.

2. Data We Collect

When you interact with the website or our team, particularly by filling out contact forms to inquire about our real estate projects, we may collect:

  • Full name.
  • Phone number / WhatsApp number.
  • Email address (if included in the form).
  • Details of your inquiry or the real estate project you are interested in, and your approximate budget or property preferences if provided.
  • Non-personal technical data such as IP address, browser type, device used, referring page, and on-site browsing behavior, collected automatically through analytics and Google/Meta advertising tools.

We do not collect payment or bank card data through this website, nor do we request any sensitive data unrelated to the purpose of real estate contact.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide solely for the following purposes:

  • Providing suitable real estate consultation through our consultant.

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent given when submitting a contact form on the website, and on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry about our real estate services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below.

5. Sharing Data With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to any third party under any circumstances. We may share limited data only in the following cases:

  • Internal sales team: Your data is handled internally only by authorized staff involved in following up on your inquiry.
  • Real estate developers: If you inquire about a specific project and after obtaining your consent, we may share your name and phone number with the developer or its sales team responsible for that project, solely to facilitate contact and consultation.
  • Technical service providers: Such as website hosting providers and messaging tools (e.g. WhatsApp Business), strictly within the scope of providing the service and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms: Such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), for measuring campaign performance and improving targeting, in accordance with their own independent privacy policies.
  • Legal authorities: If required by law or a court order issued by a competent authority in Egypt.

  • Contracted clients: We retain the data of clients who have completed a purchase contract for the duration of the contract, plus an additional period of up to 10 years after its completion, to comply with accounting, tax, and statutory limitation requirements applicable in Egypt.
  • Analytics data: Retained in anonymized form according to the settings of each analytics platform we use.

After the applicable retention period ends, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights Over Your Data

Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of any inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data from our records ("right to erasure").

The Platform is also not responsible for the accuracy of data submitted by the user.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, chiefly Law No. 151 of 2020 on the Protection of Personal Data. In the event of any dispute relating to this policy or the processing of your data, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through direct communication; failing that, the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute.
